Come on Wake up. Dobbie has never told Mark that she loves him. This whole season Dobbie is coming up with delaying tactics because she does not want to move in with Mark. Jeremy is just a vile shit by this point. Mark's sister is now an absurd caricature and the actor who plays her has given up acting. The writing is freefallng in standard by this point. Two guest writers in a row writing very poor episodes and worse is to come. If you date either Jeremy or Mark you get the other one. But Mark is the only decent one and Mark is the only one you want to get. I used to watch Peepshow every week for years and I always resented how bad season 8 was. Jeremy is Mark's oldest friend who has done nothing as a friend for Mark and has leached off him for years. Mark thinks free food and board for 10 plus years is not enough to give to Jeremy. HE wants to give Jeremy even more with nothing in return. Jeremy never once considers trying to find his own place to live. Go away Jeremy.
