This all happening because of SELFISH & GARBAGE people whom we call....... breeders. Unless this rubbish habit of selling & purchase of dogs is there u will counter such problems. There is need to either file a PIL in judiciary to stop this evil practice of breeding or take matter with the government. I hope u will do what I have suggested you.
