Let them continue having what they want. You can make the change in yourself. Do it yourself and show them the results. I think we can easily fulfill the 100gm protein quota just by planning the diet. Normally we just need around 60-70gm protein for normal day to day work.

@@yashkumaryk42 I know that. Even people require different calorie count than others. I had stated about average person with average height and weight. Even the RDA recommendation may not be valid for everyone. BMI also doesnt work for everyone because even some people with BMI of 28 are still medically fit while other may be obese. Supplementation is not the solution but careful design of balanced diet is. We dont need to explain which diet is better but medical tests will tell the results.

Why are we completely forgetting the possibility that Govt can aid the cattle farmers with taking care of their non-milking cattle as well? We provide aid for everything under the sun in India why not for the great cause which MAJORITY of India wants ?? Seriously this needs to happen
