I love how Peepers goes from being intimidated every time Hater raises his voice to just being exasperated with him, to the point where *he's* the one chewing *him* out and sending him to his room.

Hater and Peepers have a very odd relationship. I mean, one minute Hater's growling and threatening to blast Peepers with lightning, the next minute Peepers is shouting at him for focusing on things other than galactic domination.

Well there is an episode we're hater fired peepers because he felt like he was talking out of place. When hater saw how much work peepers did without knowing it he brought him back and now peepers kind of knows that hater knows that he can't conquer the galaxy without him. So he can be ... vocal to him without fear of him
