I previously owned a Pegasus Quantum super sport 462 in Australia and are now restoring a Mainair Blade 582 deregistered G-BZAA after moving to the Republic of the Philippines where rules and regulations barely exist so have been able to manufacture most of the parts myself instead of importing the gold plated and diamond encrusted genuine bits from the factory.

Hi Stuart, It will all depend what initial condition the trike is in - parts from P&M are usual dealership prices. Luckily I only had to spend a couple of hundred on Pegasus parts, then approx £400-500 on refurbing everything (powder coating/ re-paint/ New Skirt) etc. My wing needed nothing. Best of luck with the rebuild! Get a video posted.

Hi Stuart, Great to see this bird looking so good. I have a '97 Quantum 912 (just waiting for my GST) and I would love to know about your nice rocker cover fairings and the logo stickers for the spats. Can you tell me where I could find them please?

Hi Phil, Rocker cover fairings - do you mean the white airbox cover? All stickers came from a local sign company. I just picked a font and got them to print them off.

Hi Steve, I was thinking of the neatness of the cover, but of course, it's not for a 912 engine! Thanks for the reply and I will look for a local sign company to make the logo. Nice job and happy flying.

Hi, I know this was done a few years ago, But very nice job well done.... I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE OPPERTUNITY TO BUY ONE. Same engine too. How much did it cost you to do all that work ? I am having lessons and told this would be a great starter ?. It it Caa registered at the moment. Any thoughts please, Cheers Stuart.
