@@mattemathias3242 I took a look at old ID's of this, and the snares sound pretty similar. They sound slightly different, but I feel like it was just because of the low quality of the audio since the audio was ripped from a live set.

Happy 10 years, Monstercat. I remember hearing Renegade by Noisestorm in SkyDoesMinecraft’s videos back in 2012, and I’ve been hooked on bass music ever since. Thank you so much for introducing me to this genre. The feelings I get from listening to artists like Noisestorm, Tristam & Braken, Pegboard Nerds, Au5, and a bunch others make me feel like a kid again. I love what you’re doing for this compilation. 2012 Pegboard Nerds was the music I fell in love with, and is the music that lead me to find Monstercat. Even though my tastes have changed, and Monstercat is no longer my favourite label, it's still up there with some of the best and I still can't help but love the old music that I came to love so much back then in 2011-2012. I remember hearing this about four years ago as an ID (Or might've been a different ID, not quite sure), and quite frankly didn't really like it, but as I listen to it now, it's one of Monstercat's finest releases.

I am a huge fan and has always been there. ok ok i caught up on all the uploads after i joined the community in 2014, but to me it felt like i was a member of the family from the beginning and has never felt any warmer at any place in the internet, than Monstercat and all the company. The G+ Community, the SoundCloud community with its memes and rankings, the KZbin comments section with all the oh so known people. Just as well the other KZbin channels that took Monstercat songs as their inspiration and muse like NMSNL in which the core of most passionate Monstercat fans also lived. It has been a Huge part of my teenage years and i always held it so dear to my heart. Monstercat was my Home in the internet, my most beloved place. it was special to me, also in a way because barely of the people in my school, that i called friends, knew of this magical sphere 😆 i was the one who always wanted to know more about my Monstercat life. And it was always one of the most amazing feelings, when someone knew an artist of the family or if i got them to know a song. i had ALL THE LOVE FOR IT and it remained through all my years in high school, then in training and then at work. Monstercat has always changed and i cheered as much as i could for it being a good change. I always adored how lively the family is and i loved being a part of it. With all the polls, events, Podcast reveals, remixes, compilations, mixes and pure fun being a part of this so called FAMILY. After all this time we hold strong, but anyways we are vanishing... Spotify is taking over and KZbin becomes less favourable, the known schemes of Monstercat are falling apart with everchanging visuals, new artists, more quantity and a feeling of being ignored from the big decision-makers at the HQ. So many factors earn critique, stress and conflict within the community. I am fearing for it to fall apart completely within next year, but i still wholeheartedly hope for all of us to evade that! MY HEART BELONGS HERE and i would be incredibly sad. The music has been incredibly good, the quality is 100% still there and deserves all the praise! i think what makes us crumble is that we are further straying away from what first made this label so loveable and strong. that's the natural flow of things. The world changes, the possibilities evolve into the modern way, the music changes and Monstercat isn't a small channel with a million passionate fans anymore that just love their cozy cool niche of good music. It has become a big company that hosts live events, a label for everyone including new and old fans of EDM. The staff has grown and the count of subscribers has grown and it was a nice trip ascending into all these new unknown grounds. It has been an AMAZING journey and we are holding strong even through hardships and controversy. We are a strong community and an even stronger Family and i love being a part. I got tons of merch at home and enjoy sleeping under my classic Mcat flag while wearing the new shirt lines. yet i feel like drifting away, because i fear losing all of this, so at this point i want to make a plead, i am asking you Monstercat HQ, please always consider your Core fans when making decisions. You are trying very hard to do that i see and it would be a shame if that ended, because it's wonderful. We are proud and full of love for all to come and we are now at a turning point of so many things i feel like. Seeing this Anniversary uncover i feel unbelievably great. It feels nostalgic while also feeling so fresh. Old sounds, classic artists, COMEBACKS!!! oh damn that background it's WAY TOO AMAZING i missed the stars and color so much. It feels incredible, living in a moment where we can celebrate this occasion. It's wonderful. The animation of vibing Monstercat is sooooooo cute as well haha! Thanks for delivering all these years of joy! Thanks for giving us all this good music and the memories. You are the best! I wish all the coming changes and projects to be successful and look forward to what's coming. BIG BIG LOVE MONSTERCAT ♥️♥️♥️♥️ CONGRATULATIONS for coming so far, keep being amazing ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
