hi Peggie that three dishes you tried pork adobo, ginataang langka, and bopis should always top in the rice that's a perfect combo meal... coz the sauce of these dishes are absolutely tasty perfect with hot rice... palabok is so good too but pancit canton is a bomb so delicious you must try it..

there is a filipino meatloaf called "embutido"...ginataang langka is coconut milk jack fruit..its like fish but veggie. for cakes there is a cassava cake but its really pie. desserts there is yema. coconut pie is not mainstream yet already but im not sure where you can get "buko" pie. there is fresh lumpia..they dip it in sugar syrup..there is veggie lumpia..fried but dipped in vinegar. for heavy consistency and flavor things..there is paksiw..lechon paksiw. for christmas food..they might sell jamon..these things are very hard to find. it takes a bit of searching.
