That's because she's young and her hormones havnt changed yet and she probably doesn't have kids , once you have children your metabolism changes and its very hard not to gain weight if you eat like that .health issues and metabolism and hormones have alot to do with weight gain.

Best looking McD's food I have seen in a long time. McDonald's in America can get pretty sloppy sometimes? McD's you put together: Land, Sea and Air Burger consists of a Big Mac, Filet-O-Fish and a McChicken. Some substitute a McDouble for the Big Mac, others add two McChicken's etc. etc.
