Scrabble Go: Rush Hour: high score technique

I've scored 400-450 pts on some Rush Hour boards (typically average 300-350 on classic boards). Typically involves setups + bingos when you have them.

Well yh, I pretty much mastered the Classic Rush board as well. You seem to always get given the Z, Q, X, or J, when playing, especially when swapping tiles. so set it up, so you can play them on the TL tile, creating IN, or EE below it, so you can play Zee, Jee, Qin, Zin etc, getting like 60+ points, twice in the turn. May make a video of that later if I can be bothered.

@@PEGGLORE on the classic board I'll usually set myself up by playing a word one square short of a TWS, then waiting for JQXZ or a bingo. I play in actual Scrabble tournaments so I don't care too much about these extra game modes, they're only for fun.

@@richards31415 I only started playing Scrabble a few years ago after a stroke stopped me from playing video games anymore which I was one of the best players at, with hundreds of world records in them. I've picked it up very quick and have this really good word knowledge. I am the best at these mini games for sure. You have to watch the unbeatable world record I got on the Word Drop if you've not seen it, it is bloody impressive. No way anyone will ever beat it. @@PEGGLORE nice..my best on the Word Drop classic is probably around 1500 or so (haven't really kept track)

@@richards31415 Well you're really good as well then. I'm very happy when I score 1500 in it. It happens most of the time. I thought 1800's was the most I was ever gonna get until I did that and proved it is actually possible to score 2000 points.

How you managed to get so many gems?

Well it was achieved via the 'Progressive events' like what this video I made was me playing. There were 3 of them. Lucky 7, Stop drop and Roll, and Rush Hour. I have videos of me playing all these on my channel. If you win these events, you can get up to 1000 gems at a time. These events used to be a regular thing that were always on, but they seemed to have stopped them now, probably because people like me were getting 1000's of free gems which they don't want. I had 37,000 gems a week ago, but am spending them all now on the daily chests in order to unlock all the tiles, so they are diminishing now. Hopefully these Progressive events will be coming back because they were the best part about the game.

Yes it is. I messed up the 1st couple of turns, but nailed the technique by the end of the video. I won the event and got a shed load of gems because of it. I hope you watched the entirety of the video?

@@lachaineaflo Haha, it is pretty long and boring yes. But it was alot easier to just share what I did straight to my channel than to edit it all down and commentate over it as well. It was quite funny and natural how badly I did on that 1st go and thought it be good to leave it in the video. I'm giving away special secrets here. Anybody who gets to see what I do is very lucky. You can now win loads of gems without paying money for them. I have over 26,000 gems now.
