Soulwax has changed so much in style since '99. Even though you still recognise the same style of electronic, you can also tell they prefer a slower and mellow set. Like many Deewee tracks like that, it'll fit in perfectly. Good work here.

dance music in general seems to have gotten a lot more mellow, when I listen to old sets from 2004-2010 I'm kinda shocked by how mental and fun they sounded.

@@mathewmathew288 They lost a lot of the hits, from 2004 they played stuff from their usual sets varying from 2001 onward, 2005 they play more electronic, 2006-2009 is new electronic and most tracks they played before are dropped, its like what you say and their DJ skills are solid to do it, but onward until 2018 you see them all electronic. They play stuff much slower and sort of, as I put it, music to take drugs too. Slow, easy, relaxed. It used to be rave, jump around, flat Acid, now it's a 110-120bpm, again, mellow set. These guys have done this in their time and others have done the same.

I simply travel on music from 4:05 until the drop, which is just sensational. Peppy Gou is a great DJ, but it's indisputable that when Soulwax remixes a song, they take the music to another level. One of the best DJ groups that ever existed. They've remixed for so many artists that I've lost count, but what I remember off the top of my head are: Daft Punk, Justice, Tame Impala, Gorillaz, The Chemical Brothers, LCD Soundsystem, MGMT and etc...
