Can someone explain me why the demos in general of this amp - and similar others - DON'T demonstrate the MIC chanel working, jointly the instrument chanel?

Great video Teja!! I´ll have to look through rest of your channel now. !! I have the original Loudbox Mini. I love this thing & we have done plenty of gigs... but the ´PVC´covering is pretty trashed now as I´m usually on public transport. The covering reminds me of my first leather jacket that my mum bought me from the market when i was 12! I´ve just ordered the CHARGE version - wont have to carry a 30foot cable now... The covering looks more robust too! Plus i´ll have the option for one helluva stereo setuop! CHEERS FROM MADRID

My hardly used but always plugged in Mini Charge has an issue: The yellow charge indicator light is on permanently. Is it still trying to charge an already fully charged SLA? It seemed to take a long time for the yellow light to turn off, now it is on constantly when plugged in. Any guesses?

Thanks for the review and demo. Here are my questions, anybody can kindly hep: 1. It is battery powered by the recharging the built in battery, you don't put these say AA dry cell batteries??? 2. When the battery dies, the moment you are plugging in you can instantly use the amp right away? Does it recharge at the same time just plugged in and using or you have to let it recharge for use without power first?? Thanks.

Excellent review and very helpful comments, I've liked and subscribed, BUT why did you use the DI output (albeit mixed with recording using a shotgun mike) to demo the sound of the amp in your video? That makes it impossible to judge the true sound from the loudspeaker, which is the sound that people will be using the amp for 99% of the time. This was supposed to be a demo but we weren't hearing the true sound of the amp!

Do you suggest the mini over the mini charge for home use? Also is this the best acoustic amp for that 300-400 range or would you wait and spend 600 on a tube amp? That’s my hang up because I keep hearing about the tube amps being better etc etc. Thank so much!!

If you don't need the battery power, then absolutely, I'd go with the regular Mini, as it's a little less expensive.

Is it better to have an acoustic amp or a DI BOX like for example lrbagg and active speaker (FRFR) ? I ask you that because power FRFR is also good for electric guitar and i don't want to much different amp. Thanks

Depends on the situation. If you're playing with a good PA and monitors, then a DI along should be fine. But if you need your own speaker on stage, then having an amp can be very useful.

Hi. I'm thinking about buying a used Fishman. I viewed one the other day and I noticed a fairly Loud hiss when I turned the Master past 1 o clock. I just wondered if that's the same on yours. I know there may be a certain amount of hiss,but wondered if the amp I viewed had a problem?

There shouldn't be much hiss; ours is very quiet.

you can. but fishman recommend that you don't use overdrive pedals etc.
