Ingredients: Pehlwan Rewari Chakwal is primarily made from two main ingredients: jaggery (gur) and sesame seeds. The jaggery provides the sweetness, while the roasted sesame seeds add a delightful crunch and nutty flavor. Sometimes, ghee (clarified butter) is used to bind the ingredients together.
Preparation: To make Pehlwan Rewari, jaggery is melted and then mixed with roasted sesame seeds. The mixture is carefully blended to ensure an even distribution of seeds in the jaggery. This process requires skill and precision, as the mixture needs to be quickly shaped into discs or squares before it cools and hardens.

The introduction to the product production facility effort is good. But there is a major audit observation here, the program host Iftekhar Khan was not wearing a hair cap in the factory and some of the staff were not wearing beard covers as hair can fall and contaminate the product. Adherence to such procedures should be enforced on ALL irrespective of employees or visitors in any factor to truly maintain the integrity of operations and respect safety standards. Not wearing the required gear shows how much we the factory responsible and host are equally unaware of the importance of adherence to international good practices.
