new atiny here, if you'd like to read: I have liked kpop for a considerable amount of time but I've also gotten tired of it in a way because nothing is quite exactly new or shockingly exciting to me anymore, until I saw San. I knew he (ATEEZ as a whole) was good but I never made up my mind to check them out seriously, my fault and I regret it so much now. I've never seen someone like San whose expressions are so intense that it almost feels like he's pouring his whole existence out on stage. I don't wanna sound more overdramatic, and maybe I'm just a sucker for the halazia concept, but his performances can feel so vulnerable and delicate but strong and intense at the same time. I admire that he chooses to cross the line of conventional idol expressions and is never scared to express any emotion, pretty or not. I decided to stan quite literally the first minute I saw him. tldr: I'm dramatic and I'm a huge fan of ATEEZ and San now.

San is truly on another level and with each comeback he keeps on proving it. Like there are some idols with good facial expressions, some more than others but San is San. He doesn’t want to be at the center of attention, he doesn’t care about his looks, he just goes on the stage, listens to the lyrics and tries to convey the emotions he feels while performing the song. Nothing is staged, nothing is prepared beforehand and you can see that through his wide variety of expressions, he always adds something different and nothing is repetitive so you feel the need to watch every fancam to catch these details. Seriously it’s been three years since I started to fall in love with him and despite so many idols debuting and the others still promoting, I still haven’t found anyone like him.
