Pekin "The Boot" Woof has recently discovered that certain types of footwear actually does help you move faster. "I've just been wrapping tissue around my feet" he said in an interview. "I thought that as long as my soles were covered then I'd be okay. Thought the different types of shoes were just for looks." Now he's confident that he will break his personal best time at speed walking a 5 meter distance.
