100% wasent nerfed. The damage only makes it stronger, as now it enhances stuff like Ebarbs bridgespam, etc. Also being able to defensively use it to kill and speed up your stuff is huge.

It's better in almost EVERY bridge spam deck! Since it does the same damage as zap & makes your units move and attack faster, it's significantly better than zapping to stun opponents for .5 seconds (especially since swarm cards you'd be stunning are already deleted ) The real loser was lumberjack, since the radius is smaller & you can't place or time his rage, it's hard to get value from his rage drop. As a spell it's incredibly stong and fun to play now

for me it's a nosense buff, there's almost no point in using zap now because except for the stun rage can replace zap and be ten times more useful. Also lumberjack now kills small troops on death which is something that wasn't needed in my opinion

It got SO much better after swapping rage for zap! Finally can break through tombstones & get damage in situations you could never hope of doing anything before. It was impossible to play this deck last meta, cause the OP phoenixes just ate pekka alive. Now with the phoenix nerf & rage buff this deck is back and WAY better Love how this OG deck finally became worth playing again :D

Oh sir, I'm a pekka bridge spam player and this actually motivated me to grind and push up more as hell! I was using gaint snowball instead of zap cause it's simply better and can help you in a lot of situations that zap doesn't, the pushback effect that can help you againts a lot of ein conditions and it also retarget stuff because of the pushback. But maaan battle ram, ghost, pekka m-archer, bandit and all that stuff went insane mode with rage, the fact that you can deal the same amount of damage that zap and snowball can do also making your cards can do way more unpredictable interactions that most of your opponents can't handle THIS IS INSANE!

The true strength of Zap is changing interactions, like if Pekka leaves something at one hp then zap makes it a one shot, so this is pretty strong surprisingly.

Na I think zaps still the way to go, its so essential in the deck for getting damage where you otherwise wouldn't, so many interactions at high level are perfect defenses to the skiver which zap throws off for chip, also doesnt have deploy time so you don't need to predict for getting your pencil through stuff like skarmy

I use another pekka bridgespam deck: pekka golden knight executioner tornado poison miner ewiz furnace. With this deck you have many win conditions: pekka, poison control with miner, golden knight and furnace, and the exenado combo also works wonders if used correctly. Furnace is pretty annoying and will continuously roast opponents if they do not defend the lane, and it also is an ok counter to hog rider or hogs and also goblins since logbait is popular since mighty miner got buffed. Since it is pretty annoying, it will likely force out cards or buildings to stop the spirits or a spell that will be used to wreck the ewiz. Fire spirits are also excellent in roasting the cheap distractions that divert the pekka, and as long as the furnace is on the field you always have swarm counters. I chose golden knight instead of bandit because he has double the health of the bandit with similar damage for just 1 more elixir. He can defend a mini pekka or mega knight which the ghost or bandit cannot, and with his health the opponent is usually forced to play something to stop him after he defends a push or get hit by his dash. With his ability to destroy swarms and the chain, he is much more likely to hit the ranged card hiding behind cover and also the princess tower compared to the bandit, and also pairs well with tornado. He can also partially tank the inferno for the pekka since he goes invincible once he starts chaining. And of course you have the miner who serves as an excellent support card and a win condition. He is excellent in chipping down the defending buildings and ranged units so the pekka and golden knight (especially with dash) connects easier, and is a viable defense card. Hope Jake sees this and tries the deck out sometime. P.S. Thanks Jake for all the entertaining videos and positive vibes!
