A base of white rue to make a white sauce, cut a few pieces of some easily melting cheese for the most part (you also can add some of other kinds, but not much so they can melt well), then you slowly add milk and butter, making sure of mix them well, along with some pepper (and some spices, if you want), and done! ... She seemed to only put milk and some pretty big chunks of cheese...
