I love Botan and Pekora's friendship. Botan really knows how to get under Pekora's skin (mostly just by being good enough at games to beat her on a regular basis), but when its the two of them against the world like here in Blackjack or in their PUBG collabs they really seem to have fun together.

Fubuki isn’t even close honestly, it’s Botan or Suisui. Technically Pekora is if you count her ability to setup comedic situations but I don’t think that’s what you’re counting. Pekora plays up the dumb bunny bit but she’s often the one who starts humorous interactions and sets things into motion like antagonizing people and creating rivalries. She even planned this whole collab.

She also helped to shape the company, building the idea of "Gamers" generation, a departure from the "idol" exclusive activities. I would say she is indeed the brains of the company. Pekora, of course, its a very smart individual, but also very emotional and sometimes too stubborn for her own good.
