Pekora was "angry" a bit, because Moona greeted Iofi more casually than her, the boss. It's all about the japanese uchi-soto culture; the way people should behave and talk when there's social status involved. A worker while on the job should represent the company to the outside (soto) world and talk more officially. That's why she's saying "it's wrong to do this in front of shachou, isn't it". But then explains it with "well, you live under one roof after all...", which makes Moona-Iofi status much more close (uchi) and it makes it fine in her eyes. I'm not sure if I explained it well, but this clip was really funny to see knowing the context.
