I still have my Dreamcast because of this game. I remember back in late 2000, we rented out the youth center for couple of days of none stop gaming. We had PS2, Dreamcast, and PC. There were about 20 of us spending nights playing games and the most popular game was this. We crowded around watching some crazy combos and it was awesome. Good ol'days.

All time favorite fighting game. What a concept, it's so beautifully drawn, such an array of characters from both properties, classic easy to grasp and difficult to master fighting game that I feel like never got the love it truly deserved. A fifty two character roster that rivals most games today, with them being both popular and obscure, and of course, that OST. Really wish I could play it on my PS4. Nothing does quite beat playing it on an arcade cabinet though. Truly, a Marvel.

Well, I'm bit difference to you I'm already alive but I never experience Marvel VS Capcom games. Thanks to my aunt that give me a old PS1 along side of Marvel Superheroes on it. After that almost 5-6 years I got may phone and start to research and apparently I have miss a ton of Capcom fighting games. 😂😂, Now I playing Marvel Vs Capcom 3 on my PC with my relatives.

It's possible only if you have a Dreamcast emulator on your PC. To me it was hard trying to get this game to work on my laptop, but it's just getting the Rom of the game and a Dreamcast emulator for your PC.

Marvel VS Capcom 1 was awesome too and I still play it these days on my laptop, but honestly MvC 2 was the main one that's made a lot of history upon my childhood. I even defeated Abyss all the way to the hardest mode when I was 9 years old hehe! But yeah, last time I played MvC 2 was at the arcades at a small movie theater. MvC 3 is okay, since I'm more into 2D side scrolling fighting games, not the 3D ones. But there all still enjoyable to play and just pure awesomeness!

@@hugon6717 I agree, i love MVC2's soundtrack but character themes are better and more memorable to me. I understand why they didn't include character themes in this game though, it's way harder to make character based levels and themes with 56 characters lol (at the time at least)

I ask because artificial intelligence does not make teams based on affinity. Choose any character, build the team and that's it.
