Monty WIlliams should have won coach of the year. It is very hard to make a team so bad that they want to fire you with 5 years and over $50miil left on the contract. He made it obvious he did not want to coach. He wanted to lose as many games as possible to get fired. Even an incompetent coach can not do that poorly, he was actively coaching them to lose and get fired and looks like he may have been successful.
