Ps Mic did the most beautiful tribute a few days ago for Jamal Edwards, who was a pioneer of the music scene here before GRM daily or anythiin like that. The platform n the love he gave to countless legendary artists when they were only just starting out is amazing ❤I think. Yeah sometimes it's hard on a first listen as you listen to it 'line by line' - not nescessarily 'take a step back for the bigger picture' kind of thing. We do then to listen to songs again in our own time later to let them sink in a bit more 🍻

Great video as always guys! I've never recommended anyone before but I'd really like to expose more non-Bay Area people to our local legend - E40. He's been rapping longer than I've been alive and I think he'd be right up your alley. If you want something "newer", his recent song "MOB" or a few years back ""My Shit Bang"" but if you want some older classics (this ones for you Court) "Captain Save A Hoe" and "Sprinkle Me ft. Suga-T." The latter wouldn't do well with the younger crowd so the first two would be better for the channel, but I'd highly recommend checking the other two out in your own time.
