Pen and pencil rummage was exactly what I needed today Rebecca after a stressful day working in mental health. My work drains me some days - and watching/listening to your videos makes my emotional energy levels rise again if that makes sense? So thank goodness for you!! ❤

hi, so I wanted to clear up the comment I made about my mental health the other day: I have a therapist and she works well with me. I've been struggling with mental health for years but it's never been super consistent and it's usually just cause I have an overthinking problem + I'm on the spectrum and struggle to communicate my needs with most people. I'm feeling better though. I just felt so exhausted from these repetitive thoughts about my fears and anxiety. it's been happening ever since I was like 10, and I'm 15 now and although I've grown a lot to become more mature, I still let things unrelated to me get to my head. I have these on and off bullies at school as well, like it's very easy for me to get stressed, and that's why I come to your channel because the vibe is really welcoming. but thanks for responding to my comments, you seem super nice to your followers. don't feel any responsibility for me ❤️

Oh thank you for the explanation. I appreciate it. I struggled with major depression at your age. I didn't find my way out of that cycle until my 30's. I've had counseling off and on through the years. But everyone has their own struggles. Who knows what the future holds? In any case, I am glad that you could feel my concern. I'm really glad you are part of our community. 🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️

My Becca Boo I just love this. I found your channel about the time you were still with the kids on the bus. But, the first video I watched was of you and another lady(not sure who), but there were tons of markers/crayons spread out as you were coloring. I loved the sounds, and I was hooked ever since. Without reading the comments here, I was just thinking I bet Rebecca has a piece of candy in her mouth while sorting these markers😂. This makes me want to go into my granddaughters's room and piddle around. Fortunately though, everything is in its place at the moment. I love love love when you organize ANYTHING!😆🖍✏️🍬♥️💕🫶

Hi, Rebecca! I have been silently following you for a few months now, and I absolutely love your videos. As an OCD sufferer, I just want to say thank you so much for educating others on the fact that not everyone “is OCD” and that it is in fact a disorder. It means the world to actual sufferers more than you know who feel hurt by the term OCD being thrown around haphazardly when the disorder has taken so much from us. Thank you for all that you do ❤
@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction10 ай бұрын
Oh my goodness! Thank you so much for commenting here, Christina! There are some serious struggles that people have that definitely get diminished by slang and misuse of terminology. In this case, people latch onto that term OCD because it's the closest thing to their need to keep all their ducks in a row. Even I have joked about it on several occasions. So, I just have to know, did it bother you that I put that one pen in the opposite direction of the other pens. I have to ask because, it absolutely drove me wild during editing, and I had to ask myself, "did you not see that?! Where are the green pens? You forgot green!" 😂
@christinaxo41710 ай бұрын
@@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction I appreciate you for talking about it! I also have been guilty of it in the past until I was diagnosed. Stuff being out of place definitely irks me like other people, but my OCD actually doesn’t revolve around that kind of stuff! OCD involves having obsessions and compulsions that interfere with your daily life and the obsessions can be about anything. I definitely feel for people though who do deal with the kind of OCD where they find it distressing when something is out of place or they fear something bad will happen if they don’t fix something. The disorder is much more complicated than it seems, which society as a whole isn’t aware of sadly.

There is a type of OCD called symmetry OCD (that I have) that is less about rituals (like turning a key in a lock 4 times or tapping) and more to do with the alignment and organization of things. I get very uncomfortable and anxious when something is not lined up perfectly or is out of order somehow and I have the compulsion to fix it. I can't walk by a stack of messy papers without straightening it lol. All my cash has to face the same way and he ordered large denomination to small. I spent way too much time trying to hang pictures exactly straight or get my TV in the exact middle of the TV stand. If I think that it is not, I will obsess about it. Drives me crazy sometimes. I wish I could just say "close enough", but I just can't do it lol.

Hi Rebecca, you said in this video that you love psychology. So maybe you can answer a question I don't get any answer yet. Why people who have a big heart are unwanted and desperately lonely?😦
@RebeccasBeautifulASMRAddiction5 ай бұрын
Well, Jessee, I am not a professional but I can offer an opinion. There are many kinds of people in this world who are unwanted and desperately lonely. It's an injustice. It isn't fair that ANYONE be left unloved. One must back all the way up to the question of why there is darkness and sadness and pain in the world. And that is not a question left to psychology. It is a theological question. A philosophical question. But if one were to seek help from a therapist, she or he could help an individual find out specifically why they are not wanted or loved and help them find a way toward it. Often times a perfectly lovable person may be or feel unwanted because of their own roadblocks towards finding it. In my life, I found that Support groups and counseling helped me to find the love and confidence I needed. I don't know if you're referring to yourself or not. In any case, I hope you find some answers for you or another whom you love. 🤗🩷
