The majority of people do not possess the skillsets needed to manufacture one of these pieces regardless of their tools. The actual equipment he has is actually quite cheap on the scale of machine shops. This is not so much a tutorial as it is video documentation of an independent artist building his masterpiece.

Glue usage is terrible in these DIY videos! Why even bother if you’re not going to do things right? You could have drilled 2 tiny holes in the stock, insert each end of a tiny steel wire trigger guard--use glue in the holes. That is a more proper use of glue that will actually last.
