Penal Concern

There are claims that a Penal resident has blocked a watercourse in the area, fuelling fears of flooding. And with dengue cases on the rise, the community is also concerned that the stagnant water is creating a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The authorities have a right to deal with this developer who putting the people'e life in danger.Did the develpoer get clearance from the EMA tbefore starting his development/He must be bribe them to get the clearance.This country is lawless.
