Hello, in Mexico that is like chili but it is not called osaka, it is used in Japanese food in tepanyaki, that is what they call the oriental dish made by Japanese.That's like sticky like taffy, it's not chile. It's very tasty, it's very delicious, friends. They don't sell it in the markets. I suppose it's only for oriental restaurants, especially they bring it for those Restaurants. For those places that vegetable is exported Very rich is the food and beautiful beautiful country
