I love this...you have gone about it from the way I probably would have if someone gave me an undrilled stone and asked me to make a pendant. Of course you're much better and neater than I am and what amazes me is that you are able to 'see' in advance, what the wirework will look like. I think you are an artist and not just someone who makes wire jewellery. ..I think that your pieces should be treasured just like any gold or silver ring that people put such high prices on. I think that you should get more recognition from companies who sell jewellery, I think the fact that it's hand made and your design would make people want to pay higher prices. ..I'm sure that your work is being copied all over the Internet and I really feel strongly that you are the original Artist and you should be credited. ...all people have to do is state in the video or if they sell things, they should have 'Original Design ny Lan Anh' on their site or on their business cards and they should give your details too so that potential buyers, or perhaps someone who wants you to make something just for them, can get in touch with you. thanks, I used to round copper wire have plating layer, and not dark by time If you use bare copper, it will be oxidized. You have to oxidize it, polish it, Then cover a layer of protection so that it doesn't change over time. that's a general rule, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet. So wonderful, I love it. I have a very large round stone (4,4 cm, Hämatit). Do you think this kind of wrapping can be used. I not sure if the stone is to heavy. Maybe I stabilise both lines on the back. Thank you.

Beautiful work as usual! I aspire to be as uniform in my wire loops as you one day. In the US, the most common gauges of wire that I've seen have been 18, 20, 26, and 28. I've seen you use 19, 22, 24. Where do you get your wire? and what color is it? I haven't seen that deep copper in any stores so far.

I watched a short you did on how to wrap marbles, Just a couple weeks ago so I'm assuming you're still online and I have a question. I have all these really nice stones that I got for Christmas a couple hang on a necklace but I was wondering if you had a tutorial on how to wrap a donut shaped Stone. I find the stones are suited for leather necklaces. I have tried it on a chain but it looks wrong. I think if I made a pendant out of it it would look better, more dainty. My question for you is, do you have a tutorial on how to wire wrap doughnut hole beads. I don't think it would look right if I didn't include the hole and, just did a simple wire wrap pendant . The whole should not be ignored. 🤣 Please don't think I'm trying to be dirty or anything. I've looked through hundreds of videos and I cannot for the life of me find one where it includes the hole. Please help me I'm trying to make a gift for a friend and I only have a couple days left pretty please.

Thank you for the informative video -- got some new ideas! *Note:* the video goes out of focus on occasion. One way to deal with this is to use a smaller f-stop on your camera (e.g. f/22 or more--the bigger the number, the smaller the aperture). To get away with this, you will either need to increase the ISO on your camera (if possible), or throw more light on your subject, or both. One drawback of increasing the ISO is the possibility of greater noise in the image. Better cameras can go higher in ISO without noticeable noise, so it just depends on the quality of your video camera. What you are doing when you close down the aperture (the f-stop), is to get as much of a "pinhole effect" as possible. A pinhole camera has a very deep "depth of field" (i.e. region that is in clear focus). So, even if your lens can't, technically, focus close enough, with the aperture closed down as much as possible, you will get more focus in your close-ups than you would with the aperture more open. Another way to get better close-up focus is with a "faster" lens -- one that can allow more light into the camera and one that can focus on closer objects (i.e. a macro lens). You want a faster lens because it will have a deeper depth of field for lower f-stops. The lower the f-number of the lens -- for instance an f/1.8 lens -- the faster it is.)

Eu costumava arredondar o fio de cobre com uma camada de chapeamento, e não escurecia com o tempo Se você usar cobre puro, ele será oxidado. Você tem que oxidar, polir, depois cobrir uma camada de proteção para que não mude com o tempo. essa é uma regra geral, mas ainda não tive a chance de experimentar. Where do you get the stones from? I've checked my local craft store (Hobby Lobby) and they didn't have any like that.

I bought all the material and stones in where I live (Vietnam) I used to round copper wire - magnet wire , it's the only kind I found where I lived for many sizes. I do not know exactly what type it was, can be dead soft copper wire, it have plating layer, and not dark by time you can change to suit the material you have or you can buy dedicated materials at the site www.beebeecraft.com/ or www.pandahall.com/
