Missed this one, sorry chaps! Penderyn is awesome.... made with water filtered through dead sheep in the Brecon Beacons.... lovely! (coming from someone who grew up in the Beacons!)

Also from Wales, Aber Falls whisky from Abergwyngregyn, near Bangor. And Dà Mhìle from Sîr Gaerfyrddin (Carmarthenshire). Dà Mhìle is Gaelic actually, I think it means two thousand. Or maybe Two Miles. Not sure. Cymru is pronounced Cum-ree, in case you're interested! Diolch am y fideo fel arfer, tan tro nesa!
