Resolution: If status- approval and printing is pending for more than 7 working days, Then do one thing. Just obtain a list of mail IDs of State higher authorities. Directly mail them with application number/date of birth/mobile number and screenshot and mention the urgency of this. Within two working days you will receive either approved or rejected remarks through text message with link. I also did same thing. Mine was pending for more than 40 days. And got approved in single day after mailing to higher authorities. Don't trust and waste time on grievances or local RTO offices replies.. Hope you all understood..🙏
