Hi Ged and Nina. We are loving your videos and envy very much your life in Krakow. We have been several times and long to go back but unlikely due to restrictions. Lovely Pendolino , good you could swap half window seats (outside such beautiful view) for the seats with a table & full window. Slightly shocked to see steps to the train,-lifting cases, also a nightmare for independent disable people. So funny to see the same furniture , soft furnishing, bed linen , even tiles in the bathroom in Marriott. Only your view is Warsaw panorama, ours sea on the horizon or Napoleonic fortifications on the white cliffs . We frequently use Marriott in UK in Portsmouth .

Although I'm not from Warsaw, and in Poland we often think of Varsovians as buffoons, Warsaw is an absolutely amazing place, one of a kind in the world. A city that was basically supposed to not exist, demolished by the Germans during WWII by over 90%, where the civilian population was exterminated, basically every street there carries an incredible story.
@planetkrakow3 жыл бұрын
I must be missing something. Warsaw has been built back from the rubble into an amazing city, as you point out, so it seems contradictory that anyone would refer to Varsovians as buffoons. I understand all of Poland helped with the rebuild. Poland suffers overall when Poles criticize each other, especially with so many positive things that could be talked about instead
