I just want to say thank you for your songs. They helped me claw through loss of loved ones. Helped me make decisions that in retrospect turned out to be correct. As I'm getting close to my 30s, I'm working on an animated show of my own making, with a gang of very talented people, instead of wasting away in the office. Thank you for helping me find this. Please don't stop creating music.

Hey man, I can definitely relate. Big fan of Machinae Supremacy too. I’m twenty three right now and making my own animated show has always been my dream too. I wanted to make the anime-like scenes I imagine in my head when listening to Metal to be a reality. But I just never felt like trying to make it happen and if the drive comes back to me, I don’t know if I’ll be able to do it with my current eye and body injuries. Been having a hard time making decisions and worked whatever job I could find too. Losing people you love and care about is truly hard. It’s a lot, trust me, I get it. My condolences to you. But on a happier note, it’s good to hear that you have people helping you make your own show and that the decisions you’ve made turned out to be alright. I think you’re gonna make your dream come true and I hope everything works out for you. Wishing you the best of luck! @@Binturong_Airsoft Life holds a candle for each of us Don't let it burn without meaning or a cause We still have a ton of time ahead of us. I turned from CAD design to screenwriting in about 4 years. Had people from all over the place studying with me together - accountants, advertisers, sound designers. When I got a proposition to pitch and write a script for animated series, I had absolutely no idea how to make it work. One of the first things I had to hear when we started assembling crew for the first episode was "ok, how many more screenwriters do we need to hire for this season, because you won't be able to write 13 episodes in a year." I did write them in a year, in no small part out of spite. Point is - absolutely try painting. If it's something you really want to chase, drive will come from the progress you make, and limitations can always be worked around. Who knows where it will take you.

@@wintermute25 Hey, thanks for the reply. Yeah, I get that when ya start doing little by little, you feel encouraged, fired up and you feel like you wanna keep going ‘til something’s done. I draw sometimes too. Thing with me is the drive comes and goes. Have drawings that I’ve made many years back and wanna finish all the other parts I had planned, but just never had the “feel-likeness” to do it, y’know. Hopefully my injuries are only temporary and when the time of healing comes, the drive will come to me by then too. If not, well, that’s okay. I’ll just do whatever that makes me happy.

I had a wonderful synchronicity on the day this song was released (September 23, 2021). I was listening to previous MaSu albums, looking for a right song to share to describe my mood at the time.
