I was speaking in the context of classic, physical beauty - Penelope Cruz is lauded as a great beauty of the big screen, after all. In that context, I don't think her looks are especially inspiring. In my view she is not a patch on a classic beauty of yesteryear like Sophia Loren, Ava Gardner or Elizabeth Taylor. And ironically Penelope Cruz's nose, though bigger before cosmetic surgery, suited her face more and was a nicer shape. Women should think very carefully before they permanently alter their face and change its character and balance! But that is only my view - nothing is more subjective than beauty!
