Sim, eu também! Estão passando por uma fase, logo Eloise vai perdoar Penélope e vai ficar tudo bem! Pode observar, nos quartos primeiros episódios de da 3° temporada por mais que Eloise estivesse com a Cressida Cowper, ela estava sempre olhando para Penélope, com dó do que aconteceu com o vestido rasgado, ela está com raiva, mais fica o tempo todo sentido saudades, por isso, acho que vai perdoar a Pen e vão voltar a serem amigas.
