In the interior of Italy there is a very interesting and beautiful rite of passage for teenages . A young tree has it's trunk split , and the young has to pass through the opened little tree. Then the trunk is tied to heal.

I am a 77 year old Japanese. I started learning the violin at the age of 65, and stumbled across the songs I wanted to play most. This "Theme of Yumeji" composed by Mr. Umebayashi is now a song that I want to deliver to those who are lying in bed in the corona, medical doctors who treat it, and everyone who has died of disease. There is no. Peace of mind for those who do not open their eyes again, thank all of the medical staff, and gently practicing so that they can gently approach the wounds of the hearts of people who break the current situation and start walking. Sorry for the poor English

I'm 75 now and it has taken almost all of my life to find a way to let the depression "work for me" and not against me. None of us humans fulfill all of the potential the Creator puts in us. I used my depression to learn how to feel "Remorse", to honor the higher, finer gifts in life. The Sufis say, "HE heaps it onto the shoulders of the one's HE loves.". Good Luck to a Fellow Traveler.🙏🙏🙏

Your words ring so true, as do those of Victor Hugo.

If melancholy had a sound, if longing could speak, if the shoulders you cry on had notations, if strings could hold the weight of pain, if vibrations in the air were sad one day, if the definition of hope and defeat had the same language, it would sound like this piece.

Why is sad beautiful? Why is my heart breaking, but I cannot stop listening? I come back to this every night...like a soul who has departed but calls me to listen to his voice.
@alassanendao89413 жыл бұрын
So called sad music is actually introspective music, music that allows us to close our eyes and just go with the flow. For once you don't have to wear a social mask, to pretend to be somebody else. This kind of music allows you to free all your feelings from the prison of your cold heart, you can finally go on the quest of your true self, of the purest form of your individuality by just letting all these contradictory, complex yet beautiful emotions merge to have a better understanding of yourself, which is impossible in the outside world ruled by the dictatorship of pragmatism, logic and competition.
@cpool12 жыл бұрын
Sad can bring the mind to a quiet state and there the deep experience of meditation filters through where the universe is One, not fragmented into many thoughts , desires, anxieties. Then sad has beauty but not because of itself.

There is so many layers of emotion, subtleties, pain, joy, solitude and intimacies here, that you will only feel as much as your life experiences allow. Even words cannot describe. It is intimacy on a soulful level. One can conclude that these two met as a result of unfinished love from a thousand lives prior, or as setting the stage for a thousand lives to come.

Hatırlıyor musun? Serin bi akşamdı. Yürüyorduk, gözlerime bakıp seni seviyorum dedin. Bende dedim. Arkadan bu güzel parça çalıyordu, hiç bitmesin istemiştim. Rüzgarın esintisiyle sana bakarken sanki dünya etrafımda dönüyordu. Başım dönüyordu, seninle mayhoş bi gece, elimde bana lütfettiğin kırmızı bi gül. Sadecr sen ve ben. Ve ışığa doğru Yürüyorduk, karanlık bi sokakta. Öptüm seni, kokunu cektim içime. O gece aşkın en dokunaklı halini hissettim. Sarhoş gibiydim. Sana bakarken gözlerim yaşarıyordu, mutluluktan. Peki simdi? Ne mi oldu? Meğer o gece sadece ben hissedebilmişim. Sen yine oyununu oynamışsın. Aşkın gözü kör derler, ben o gece yine kördüm. Göremedim. Umarım benim hissettiğimi sende hissedersin Hadi.. Umarım seninle de güzel oynarlar.

this found me today, as i am trying to write a summary of an art piece i have been working on for the past weeks. my mind was racing and i stumbled over my words. listening to this and looking at the paintings has calmed me down now. i feel like i am able to focus more through this. additionally, reading all these comments from all over the world is a treat. so many different people, so many different languages, but still we were all here, listening to this song, leaving words behind for others to find. vielen dank dafür und herzliche grüße aus deutschland

It amazes me every time I listen to music created by Japanese musicians, whether it is a simple solo piano or solo guitar music or music involving an orchestra. Japanese pieces have their own unique feelings in their melodies and so you can just tell if they are from Japan just by listening to them. Very different from European music in terms of immediate sensations, but just as beautiful 👏👏

I mean it's a waltz played on violin and some other string instruments; it's pretty classically European music even if it was written by an Asian composer.

Whenever i listen to this song, i just imagine a pure childish love between two kids who play and dance together, grow up together loving each other and sharing moments together.. I imagine them in very simple and daily moments that make the difference though when you live them with someone you care and when you live them with laughter, dance and kisses.. The story ends with the death of the one of them and the loyalty of the other person through the difficult times, when they cannot dance together or go for walks together like the old times. Something like that is the reason for someone to be happy, i guess.

I love this piece. Its intense, heady, intoxicating, full of passion + desire + longing in those long notes. The plucking it the background (idk music terms) frames the melody like the corridors and rooms that frame movie. It creates a beat that puts me on edge. Full of anxiety, just like chan and chow question their love for each other.
