"Penghuku Trail" is not in Penghu, but in Zhubei! This season, the rice fields are green!

The Penghuku Trail is located in Zhubei City, New Taipei County. It was originally called "Pinghuku" and "Pingwoku". Due to the similarities to "Penghu" by Fujian and Hakka languages", so it evolved into the name "Penghuku". The Penghuku Irrigation Canal was built in the Japanese era. , the Penghuku Trail runs along irrigation canal, with scenery of ponds, irrigation canal and rice fields along the way. During this season, the rice fields along the trail are beautifully green.

The one-way trip is about 1.6 kilometers, and the average walking time is 60 minutes (including resting to enjoy the scenery).
【Public toilet information】
There are public toilets in Zhubei Zhisheng Temple, Qingshan Hongfa Temple, and Xizhou Fude Temple (they may not be open on non-holidays).
【Traffic information】
★Public transportation: The above Google map shows nearby bus stops.
★Driving by yourself: It is recommended to navigate to "Zhubei Zhisheng Temple" or "Zhubei Qingshan Hongfa Temple". Jisheng Temple is closer to the trail entrance, but the parking lot of Hongfa Temple has more parking spaces.

有看過Tony沒完成的高島縱走和軍艦岩芝生毛苔山，這一條是同一條的基納吉隘勇線，形成於大正二年（1913年），是從青蛙石附近的天打那往東南越過高台山、小島田山、中島田山、大島田山下到秀巒後，再往東北越過芝生毛台山、虎禮山到玉峰，這是一個U型。

對咯！之前提到的廣興民壯亭，是光緒11年（1885年出草的），到了日治初期殖民政府因忙於平定平地的反抗仍大致沿用清國的隘勇線，在明治33年（1900年）定為景尾隘勇線，從現在北宜公路的雷公埤-四十分-廣興雙溪口-磺窟-塗潭-直潭-二八子-橫溪。現在從民壯亭那裡上山走一個0型下來是還有三個隘寮遺跡，還有去年Tony跟旅聯網小恐龍去二八子植物園那裡走遇見的隘寮，也都是景尾隘勇線的一部份，往西一直到橫溪。這條是清末到日治初期的隘勇線，當然之後繼續往內山推進，在“蕃情”穩定後，隘勇線則改為理蕃警備道路。
