the most reasonable nerf for this item that makes it balance and still very good on DoT units is makes the passive has cooldown. like 1/2 second before the passive can be trigger again. it makes units like teemo and morgana not straight up melted whole board in 2 casts but also still makes them playable and strong

@@gstreamgc.9697 rn pbe is bugged, and you can't euqip items. Let's just wait untill next pbe patch (it's daily at 11:30 PDT), I think they'll fix it

Is it just me or does the MR negating part of the item not stack? Looks like the mana collection does but the MR decreases at -5 per tick, instead of -10 as it should...

Even if it worked i think two blighting jewels is overkill. Youd be better off with a deathcap
