April 21, Chaifetz Arena, St.Louis, Missouri. While I'm sure I don't remember it as well as you do I can assure you Miss Lee I do remember it well. I had come from North Carolina to visit friends but what I had really come for was to watch two young women I had followed for quite some time. I had come to see you and Katelyn but for much different reasons than most. You see I had followed you both because of what you both went through and the sacrifices I know you both made to get there. I saw the expression on your face as you made your way to the beam and I said to my friend,it's over. I knew that nothing would take this away from you and the rest as we say is history. To you Miss Lee and to you Miss Ohashi I thank you for showing us all what it means to believe in yourself. God bless you both

This 2018 team was STACKED. Christine, Kyla, Madison, AND Katelyn, Jordyn as a coach, and Miss Val at the head. Most programs would be lucky to have even ONE of those elements or people on their roster. To have all of those things, and then to have the comeback story that they did at the championships, has to put them at the top of the list for the greatest collegiate gymnastics team of all time.

It's been fun watching you and your teammates compete, this year. Here are three interrelated questions: Are you interested in acting in movies, TV shows and/or musical theatre? Since you're in L.A., have you been approached by producers? How interested are you in exploring other forms of movement, like martial arts, slapstick, parkour, and/or other choreography that your gymnastics training could augment? You have that star quality valued in the entertainment industry: looks the camera loves; expressive face; big personality; superb voice; good with interviews--this to go along with your fantastic athleticism. It's easy to see you starring in action comedies, sci-fi/fantasy adventures, and dance-heavy musicals. As an actor, myself, I hope you go in that direction. (You could even have your own production company--Penguin Productions.)
