Sully trusts that line, but I agree with you. They don't need to be out there in the ozone unless they want to rotate an accarri or nietto out and give lizzotte (who popped off a bit with better players) some kind of offensive jolt. They don't finish and when they come close they get caught deep in the ozone when the other team is breaking out. I'd like to see that 4th line rotate a bit more when the team is back to health.

There is no harm. But this team is playing Matt Nieto so God only knows what they are thinking. Are the guys in Wilkes barre really that bad?

@@scottconrad4719The only harm really is that organization knows the defence isn’t the greatest so they don’t wanna rush Blomqvist too quickly and shatter his confidence. If you rush a goalie into the NHL too quick it isn’t as good for their development sometimes. I’m not saying he’s not NHL ready as right now he’s playing better than Ned and Jars and I would like to see him play in the NHL again, but this is really the only reason. It would be good to see Jarry or Ned get shipped off somewhere but except they don’t have much value

start with acchari buthchering the puck with 3:08 left , leaving one of the best offensive threats on a breakaway and that was about it except for a couple of gift empty netters ! you just dont expect a veteran player to butch a play like that .

Against Edmonton they got outplayed and outshot but won, thanks to lousy Edmonton goaltending. Today, they were the better team and lost. It happens. It’s the NHL.

This used to be an amazing franchise, but now it’s a joke. Decisions made my management have crippled this team. How does Sullivan keep his job? This team is like an old lawn mower. It sputters, blows smoke, has no spark, doesn’t do what it’s intended to do….but sometimes it works and you think it’s fixed. Is it fixed, NO! Time to overhaul or replace the mower!!!

I hope it doesn't happen,but I'm waiting for the Pens to fall off a cliff at some point. They win one...lose one...win one...lose one. One game they look like world beaters,the next they look horrific. Give them full credit for fighting back to .500,but they just can't seem to get over the hump.

Jarry is so bad and Ned is a backup ar best reminds of desmiths consistency can be soild one night and swiss cheese the next. Bloomquist needs to come up and play. His development isnt benefiting being buried in the AHL. Bloomquist wasnt even that bad at the beginning of the year when he was in Pit, he at least gives the guys a fighting chance the other two take them outta the game very often and it cant continue

This is more than " it just happens" once again, deceiving stats. Most of their shots were low danger perimeters.their only net front player was out of lineup. Need a MAJOR upgrade at defense

The crime is…glass, nieto, O’Connor, accari are all playing without any issue from Sullivan even though none of them score…you can swallow accari for his PK, but the rest are trash. We have 4 guys in the AHL all that are 1ppg yet we play these scrubs. Sullivan will always play his guys and not the best guys
