The fact that humans could run animals to exhaustion for hunting as a basic feature of being human is amazing.

In Australia, we have a thing called the beep test (I'm not sure of anyone else has a variation on it). What it is basically is staggered, 20m sprints, and you have to get to the line before the beep. If you fail once, its a fault, if you fail twice in a row, your knocked out. Every level, the beeps get closer and closer. It was absolute hell in a gym.

@@ThrillsofColdplay That is because of a lack of exercise. How can people not do 1 mile without struggling? Every two days when I do HIIT cardio running I run 3 km or 1.86411. HIIT cardio is where you jog then sprint for as long as possible until you can't sprint anymore (You usually can't sprint full speed much longer than 10 seconds even if you are an athlete) than jog until you have recovered and than sprint again. It is really intensive and I've only been doing for 6-12 months so I am surprised so many people struggle to just Jog 1 mile. I could do 3 miles every day for a week and I have very little training. You can run a lot further than you think with a little training. I couldn't run a mile 12 months ago lol.

I think if he would have taken it seriously and did not start sprinting like a madman he would have got it without walking..

Charlie's biceps and upper body is impressive but his legs really looks like a pair of twigs.

Lincoln might have as well. Don't forget that ol' tall boy split logs with an axe in the woods from childhood to being a full grown man. That man's strength and stature was probably quite something to behold. Also potentially George Washington... for being a soldier and field general in several actual wars, including the big one that founded the country. I'd say Eisenhower as well for the same reason but he was old by the time he was actually president.

That slightly darker dot made me double check my phone that the battery wasn’t bloated or something, but thankfully it’s just something on your camera.

As an indoor track runner I'd recommend doing the mile outside because that warehouse looks dry as hell
