HOLY MOLY!!! That intro is bringing back so many memories of all the smooth jazz I've been listening to my entire life. Mostly during my teens. Very 80's smooth jazz. Main beat reminds me of Sega Genesis games. And I LOVE the breakdown part midway through the song where there's no drums and just the synths. Very dreamy. The New-Retrowave scene needs more like this. My dad's a big jazz fan as well and I know he's gonna love it when I send it to him. 2nd song also reminds me of Sega Genesis music, but also makes me think of the KPM Library tracks. Particularly Andy Clark.
