Sir, while doing penis massage I had unknowingly pulled my erect penis downwards and I had pain..I want to know if i have hurted my penile suspensory ligaments..When do i need to consult an Urologist..Pls suggest…My erection is not full as it was earlier.There is a bit swelling in pubic area at the base of penis.
