Cannot wait to do some night runs on this. Night lighting has been extremely improved from what I saw especially on the way to Woodside and seeing the skyline of the city all lit up.

There is a certain undercurrent of creepiness in seeing New York in that manner. It's the AI animation of cars going through patches of grass or empty highways or guys selling hot dogs 🌭 in an empty train siding. But I still enjoy watching this and overall the attention to detail is stunning. But there are kinks to be worked out obviously.

On metro north (Harlem line) u do have to sound your horn when entering a station, on LIRR, u don’t have to, but when you’re going over crossings and when u enter and exit the tunnels for Penn station, u have to sound your horn 4 times, it’s called the 14L rule

That’s actually normal for the trains to get close , especially at Jamaica . They have a stop and proceed.

Hey I have a question when you buy it do you need the Long Island railroad add on or if I buy the lirr commuter is going to give to me right away??

They are completely separate from each other. One does not give you the other. The old one is required for the lirr layer on the trenton route but that's only applicable if you own a series x, ps5 or pc. But honestly it uses up too much performance so wouldn't recommend anyway

If I’m not wrong now you can buy an LIRR route with the M7 and M9 but for M3 you need to buy serpartaenDLC (unless you buy the full combo pack

It started with real life people fooling around, hijacking trains and causing all sorts of trouble which mta was not happy with and required dtg to make certain changes due to safety reasons

If you stop, put the train into Max brake, then the alerter won’t bother you

Trains going in and out of penn. Of course the line is shared with amtrak and njt but that was left out because they eat a ton of memory and performance

This is what happens when Microsoft forces games to support Series X and S with their release. The Series X had to get the reduced route because the Series S can't handle the full route

​@@ulize. Not really. There are already huge timetable differences on s vs x. However the trenton dlc had a bunch of performance problems since the new timetable which added with a full fat lirr timetable that also has issues with performance/memory causes even more problems
