I could happily just watch a long clip of Teller enjoying various performances. He is so delightful to watch. It is like watching a young child see their first magic trick or coming downstairs on Christmas morning to the presents under the tree. It just makes me feel happy to watch him.

@jmeldo94773 жыл бұрын
@@xz9925 You can clearly see, Alyson draw a smiley on the token that is not here after, on the token that he puts on the table so i believe he imitated Alysson's signature before hand, that token can probably split in half with the one he prepared being the second half at 2:24, you can see clearly that he has another token in his hand then until he put the token alyson signed into the bottom of the balloon at 2:36, you can see his right hand is in an unnatural position, cause Alysson token is in it he then put the token on the balloon, probably in a secret compartment that goes all the way to the bottom of the balloon, so it can be cut when alysson cut the balloon in the end then you can clearly see at 3:11 that he is putting nothing into alysson hands, but tries to brainwashed her into thinking there is something, with his words

That was great, one of the finest performances I've seen on that show. You have a wonderful storytelling rhythm and I'm sure that helps with the illusion. I have the worst coordination so magic is out of the question for me, but I can live vicariously through other magicians. I have one question, and maybe you are forbidden to answer, but as we all know magicians are not supposed to share their tricks, is there something in your contract to appear on the show that would persuade you to tell the producers or Penn and Teller if the trick did fool them but they guessed something? Like one person was asked "is this the method you used?" the answer was no, but do they have something in place in case that person lies?
@mugzy812 жыл бұрын
Yes, there is a panel of judges that know the true solution and they know the hidden messages that Penn uses when explaining the secret behind the trick. That way if he used the wrong description, but there may be some slight confusion, they will go to the judges for verification of the "fool." This has happened in many cases where there could be different solutions and the way Penn describes it is either close enough (no fool) or off enough that it results in them being fooled. That's the check and balance that prevents someone from outright lying about their trick. Also a code of ethics that is agreed upon to appear on the show. Hope this clears things up a bit.
