Pennsylvania governor discusses investigation into Trump assassination attempt | Special Report

Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro provided an update on the investigation into Saturday's assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump. Shapiro said the shooting at the rally was "absolutely unacceptable and tragic." Maurice DuBois anchored a CBS News Special Report.

My brother was handicapped and bullied everyday in school. I lived with him and witnessed what it did to him. He had a heart condition on top of looking different. He was a straight A student. It changed my life, and I know that people can be real vicious. Kids are not born vicious, they are taught through thier home life sometimes, parents, their environment, and teachers that do nothing about it. Our schools need to change - I went back to college for a second time for literature. I am writing a novel about how kids should treat each other, and their environment. I hope I can make a difference - even if it is a small difference!

You’re so right. Getting to the bud of where these problems arise is what is import. A lot of kids struggle with constant bullying and feel powerless to defend themselves. We need a culture change in America. We need kids offline and limited access to the internet. Kids need to be educated and held responsible. Kids have too much freedom. No 13 year old needs an Instagram!!!! No 12 year old needs to post on FB. Enough is enough!

Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro's words and delivery were so much better than Biden's weak response to the assassination attempt on his rival. The Governor showed real empathy and spoke out clearly and forcibly against violence and the calls for violence so prevalent in today's political discourse. I wish we'd hear more along the lines of his way of thinking among his fellow Democrats in Congress, in mainstream media, and in the Biden regime.
