Pennsylvania RR. Susquehanna Division

Its January 1967 which finds yours truly at Sunbury, PA. Chasing a Pennsylvania RR. Eastbound on the PRR. Susquehanna Division, now the NS. Buffalo line. The Alco C-425 2438 along with an EMD GP35 head east to Rockville, PA. Back then I ventured out in all kinds of weather! This is Real Railroad History! Its a treat to see this type of train action again! For me the trains of the 1960's were CN, CP, GN, PGE, and the BCH, but the action feels the same. I dig the Alco, and near new Geep. But seeing the old Freight Cars and Caboose is great! Thanks for this cool video, Kev from Canada.

This was close to my neighborhood. The switch tower was already gone, and the cross was taken out. This is exciting to see my town back in the good old days.

Ed, do you have more of Pennsylvania Railroad footage, this is excellent, as far as clarity and I’m a huge fan of the Pennsylvania Railroad so I would tune these in and view them all day long. I just wish the Pennsylvania Railroad still existed.
