Oh please, just stop! Philadelphia penny Never had a mint mart until 2017. Then it went back to no mint mark in 2018! So the ONLY penny that has a mint mark is 2017.

What makes the 1978 penny so rare except for the no mint mark and condition, do you know? They really don't give you the information you need. I have jars starting from the 1800's to the present.

I can go to my bank and still get these pennies. What makes them so special? Better yet, who can I sell them to? The only way this penny MAY be worth a little something is if it is MS 70 and the only one known. You would have to send it to a coin grading company though.
