Got some serious Crash vibes from that description. Those games dont allow you to move the camera and minimal exploration. Heck on of thr characters even uses a grapping hook similar to Penny.

Out of curiosity, did the preview build have any bugs/glitches in it? I know its not a final build but its something i want to be aware of since the game thay put these devs on the map was 2d, not 3d. It looks really interesting!
