Pennyroyal Quarry Decompression Dive

This was a decompression dive me and a buddy of mine did on 07/06/2024 at Pennyroyal Quarry. Below I'll put the exact dive plan and some timestamps. Depth was off by 40 feet on my Paralenz.
Tanks: LP85's(2800 psi each) with 25%, AL40(2000 psi) with 100% oxygen
Total bottom gas cubic feet: 180, 120 available before descent
Estimated max depth: 110 feet

17:10 - set off for back section of the quarry
20:20 - start descent back down to 110 feet in back part of quarry
25:00 - turn the dive and head back to deco ladder
36:50 - arrive at the deco ladder and start ascent
37:40 - arrive at 70 feet and grab buddies deco bottle
41:08 - arrive at 60 feet, buddy does gas switch. Mouthpiece was ripped and he inhaled a lung full of water, so he coughed it up and switched to the staged gas we had
45:20 - arrive @ 30 foot stop, buddy shows me the busted mouthpiece
47:25 - arrive @ 20 foot stop and switch to 100% oxygen
50:50 - arrive @ 10 foot stop
52:00 - notice my DSMB and reel dropping to the bottom :(
