Bolo is "fool" in Yoruba which is a Nigerian tribe language I think the comments can correct me on that if I'm wrong but basically this artist loves Nigerian music and got the inspiration from there,usually Korea has this terrible presentation of black women and black culture in general ,where it's just drugs,smoking,drinking,swearing naked women but I think a lot of people really loved how simple and not doing too much with the video, just simply appreciating the music I'd put it as "cultural appreciation"

As a Nigerian this is the closest a Korean song has ever come to sounding afrobeat. I always felt like Korean music esp kpop was too manufactured to ever truly replicate the authenticity of Afrobeats. This song however came close
