I lived in Pensacola from 1981 -1990. My family opened and ran Founaris Bros. Restaurant at 1015 North 9th Avenue there for 10 years. I remember going to the quiet beach every Sunday with my family. Seeing the big sign always told me we were close. We moved back to Canada and the snow here in the winter looks like the beaches there. Thanks for sharing the vid. You brought back some great memories for me.

Thanks for the tour Adam! Been a few years since I've seen Pensacola, but back in the day (70's & 80's) I was there at least twice a month looking for waves. It is pretty much just the way I remember it. I can't believe that sign is still there! Still waiting on the offset smoker to be built so I can take a trip out to Texas and pick it up, so hopefully before to much longer we will be shooting a video together! I'll let you know when I get it and we can make plans from there.

Cad-Cam, Good point. Adam have you ever went to the Daytona 500? Tell us about it if you have. And would they let you film in the pits? I would enjoy your perspective on a filmed pit tour (detail on their engines). That's a dream of mine to some day to go to that race. If any of those owners knew you and your skill lever we would probably be seein' a new crew chief.
