This one worked well for me. Underneath the anger was a ton of grief that I could access once I got past the anger.

Great work! It can take some time to do the detective work- but once you find the underlying emotions- it can be so healing. 🩷

This video has been so helpful. My parents have stopped talking to me for the past 2 years, and each time I find out a major change in their life, I feel anger towards them, but unable to express them to anyone else. Tapping through these videos are the only effective way for me to deal with this extra emotion.

I'd love to see a video for like, existential anger. I'm rarely angry AT someone, but I find myself being angry and bitter in general, angry at the state of the world, angry that there's so little I can do about it, angry about the tragedies that I or my friends have gone through, anger at the unfairness and cruelty of life. I find that type of anger so hard to deal with, because it's not so much that I can't express it, it's just...who do I express it to? God? Myself? Jeff Bezos? The government? None of those are situations where I can just go and express my feelings; it's not directed at a specific situation but at something that I can never escape, be it grief, fear, capitalism, etc. So I tend to express it by being angry at everything, all the time, even good things. I get paid for something? "yeah it's about time, and really I'm undercharging." I break a cup? "why would the universe let me make coffee, of course everything has to be hard, god forbid I enjoy anything." Someone asks me out? "$20 says I'll find out his ulterior motive within a week" etc. I'm just so tired of not being able to enjoy anything and raining on every parade, and also turning it inwards. Like if one of my friends dies, I can't get angry AT anyone for that, but I'm still angry, so I self-destruct instead, because it's more fair to direct it inwards than to yell at like, some poor kid working at mcdonalds, or my friends or family. This session was great too! I'm just having a hard time finding something more specific to my situation.

I totally get it... all the anger that has been pent up for so long over so many things is now bubbling over into everything. It could benefit you to work with someone on this as there may be some layers here and chances are it will move faster if you tap on some specifics from your own life. chances are there are some experiences underlying that make you feel like things aren't fair or things feel out of control. I had a video around this from a long time ago but I need to search for it...not sure what happened to it. But a good idea for a new one. I know you are not alone with these feelings! Stay tuned :)

Whew.. when I did this tap I had to pause several times - to journal as I kept getting insights and "ah-ha" moments the whole way through. This happens with taps where I am dealing with core issues. Anger - oh man that has been a driver of my vehicle which I am needing to re-direct, journal out, and go back to the source where it all begin to reprogram. NOT easy - I'll tell ya that. Who started that first messaging about not OK to feel ANYthing that was not completely neutral? My abusive (physical, emotional) father - he was a monster. And it was not OK to feel anything charged, great joy, sadness, anger or even cry. So all that anger that hurt that diminishment that shaming. With him I learned I could not express these feelings, anger hating what he did hating him, EVER. I was haunted by the depth (I am 62 he died in 2013) - and breadth of the damage and emotional distortion this left me with. Yes I have been in therapy since the age of 18, I've worked on healing and being present to what is for my entire adult life. Wow, I rambled. So now at a much more grounded place in my life - I am at a deeper level on this subject. Imagine the rage and pain I've carried. Now having added EFT 4 years ago along with all my coping skills. I am getting better and better at expressing my hurt, anger - and Yes Julie - communication is literally everything. Because of my story and experiences my take away has been - clear and specific communication at all times. If I or anyone in my life even has a twitch of a feeling ~ lets talk it out. I seek always with any conflict I have with another to attempt to sort it with them. My goal is always to be in a calm place, let the feelings settle so I can see where the anger/hurt originated. So thank you as now if you've read this far, I may have to pay for a full session 😃😎🙂 - Great break-through tap. Core stuff. I run angry. Swear at people when I'm driving and tend to tell people off when they are not there. Learning : I can be angry and choose to redirect / recycle that into other areas of my life. Anger and staying in this place is destructive and exhaustive. I'm tired of carrying this dead weight around. I'm learning to use my voice - to resolve where I can, then let the rest go; bit by bit day by day. We survivors have a hard road, but the rewards for this work are invaluable. Thanks for being a part of my journey Julie. 💖🌼

Been fighting with my mother lately. This helped me calm down a bit. Thank you. :( We haven't been getting along lately. So she's been showing signs of agitation/annoyance etc and IDK how how deal especially for an adult who can't afford to move. Etc since it's expensive right now. :( Can you make one dealing with angry mothers, parents, family in general? It makes you feel like you've done something to piss them off when you don't know what you did. And I feel like it's making me look like the bad guy. Sorry. Moms not a bad person really. Just allot of stuff going on health wise. And worried she might snap. :( And idk how to deal with it. I'm sure we've all been there too. :( Thanks Julie if you make something to deal with this.

I liked this overall, but someone can get violent if you confront them about something they did. That goes waaaay beyond getting rejected. Sometimes it's better to not do anything about it, but still release the negative energy.

You know your situation best… navigating relationships can be challenging at times. Of course do what works best for you- tapping can help YOU move through it even if you choose not to confront someone else. 😊🙏💜

I totally agree, I'm mad at a neighbor but they're aggressive so its safer for me to just "let my anger go" as Julie suggests here too. If we can't confront it we can at least acknowledge it while tapping (or with a therapist! also writing the anger out and ripping up the paper is therapeutic). Even choosing to let it go is taking it in our hands. Ultimately we just want to feel better, this tapping session helped me calm down, so I gained some control there 😊

I did this tapping not for a person, but for myself, 2 years ago, I had a Stroke, I'm still angry I had the stroke. I was very healthy, a healthy weight, did yoga, walking, ate well, suddenly one Sunday morning, I had a Stroke. It was a shock and now I am only a little bit of the person I use to be. I'm mad at the stroke!! Anyway, I changed some wording in this tapping, it calmed my anger quite a bit. When I get tired from not having much stamina, some days I get angry, that's how I was feeling when I did this tapping. Does anyone know of any Tapping that is specific for illness, accidents and more? Thank you.

I am sorry you have been going through this. I am happy to know you took the time to tap on the anger. I have worked with people who have had strokes and I know this is a big emotion to come up. You may also want to take a look at self forgiveness and even tapping around chronic pain. You may not be in pain, but the video itself allows you to tap for the ways your body is speaking to you. Hope this helps. I do also have a video for an injury and although it is not for a stroke, some of the words may resonate for you. Big hugs to you. :)
